Leadership Network offers a new experience – the InnovationLab
THE OPPORTUNITY
Is your church looking for the chance to explore new ideas and discover a new path? Do you sometimes feel caught between ideas and action? You’re not alone. That’s why Leadership Network has developed the InnovationLab, a unique environment designed to help you overcome the common obstacles to innovative thinking and problem solving in starting or developing a ministry area.
InnovationLabs are 12 month experiences that will bring fresh and new ideas to areas that have grown old and tired. Beyond typical brainstorming, your team will be stretched to think beyond the boundaries of current reality to answer the question, 'what's around the corner?' The labs are designed to help you infuse new ideas in an existing ministry area and/or give you a quick start in a ministry area, based on the tested and proven results of other churches. You'll get to hear from experts in various ministry fields and jump miles ahead of where you could go by yourself.
InnovationLab Topics being offered in 2012!
• Multisite Central Support: For multisite churches with 3 or more locations, this InnovationLab will guide teams to new ideas bringing clarity and strategy to their organizational structure. Collaborative discussion will focus on the complexities of multisite leadership, communication and distribution of resources, utilizing experts in the multisite field.
Dates are:
Launch Date - October 18-19, 2012
Online Meeting - April 17, 2013
Final Meeting - October 15-16, 2013

• Multisite JumpStart (one meeting only): This unique 2 day InnovationLab gathering is designed for church teams planning your first multisite location and will focus on the practical how-to’s of location, leadership and structure. If your church is considering multisite, this is a ‘don’t miss’ opportunity!

• Multisite Campus Pastor Virtual Roundtable: Knowing that networking and excellent resources addressing current issues are crucial to a multisite Campus Pastor’s development, this InnovationLab experience will provide a totally online opportunity comprised of 4 online meetings, providing peer to peer learning based on a collaborative process designed to catalyze individual leadership growth.

• Marriage Ministry: Knowing that marriages today are being attacked from all sides, how effective is your church’s marriage ministry strategy? Participation in this InnovationLab will help your team analyze and utilize their resources in equipping and strengthening marriages in today’s culture.
