Leadership Network are now inviting high impact churches and organizations from across Europe to engage in two new Leadership Communities.
Leadership Communities are a proven process to help church leader teams achieve twice the results in half the time. Peer groups of 10-12 teams are formed to help dream, create and execute ideas into real action and tangible results.
Each Leadership Community will focus on a particular single church/ministry model, reflecting the most significant current models in Europe:
Multi-Site Church Planting
For churches operating across multiple locations: one church in many places. Click here for more information, case studies and additional resources.
Young Senior Leaders of Rapid Growing Churches
For churches experiencing rapid growth, usually with younger leadership teams (i.e. senior leaders under 50). Click here for more information, case studies and additional resources.
Research Areas
Leadership Network are also researching the following Leadership Communities:
- Generosity: Churches succeeding in exceptionally high congregational generosity.
- Recovery: Churches reaching out to those suffering from life-controlling addictions & destructive behaviours.
- Leadership Development: Churches working toward achieving bold, new goals in leader development.

Leadership Network’s most recent initiative in Europe has seen significant results, with over 1,000 new churches planted by the participating teams, as direct result of their involvement with their church planting Leadership Community; the European Church Planting Network.
