The Generous Churches Leadership Community combines leadership teams from innovative local churches intent on creating cultures of generosity and stewardship. These churches share similar bold goals for growing their ministries over a two-year period.
Acceptance into the Generous Churches Leadership Community is highly selective. We find innovative, effective and influential churches—true high-capacity pioneers in stewardship and generosity.
Additionally, each Community achieves diversity by region and denominational/theological affinity, so innovations eventuating from the Community will find true diffusion and acceptance in the broader Church. This helps us realize our ultimate vision of catalyzing a revolution of generosity and stewardship Church-wide.
As part of the two-year process, specific measurements are negotiated then tracked and reported on a semi-annual basis. We measure a specific church's intentional efforts to disciple a congregation in the message of biblical generosity, including the real impact of a particular initiative in a specific local church.
Past participants include: North Point, Redeemer Presbyterian, Calvary Chapel at Ft. Lauderdale, Bethlehem Baptist and others. If you know of a church that may be a candidate for the Leadership Community process, please contact Christopher Willard using the contact information located to the right.
