Historically, Leadership Network has consistently sought out thought leaders who blaze the trail for new ways of ministry. Innovative leadership is one of the elements essential to the health, growth and multiplication of faith communities in North America and the globe.

The Next Generation Pastors Leadership Community is different. It creates relational peer networks of senior pastors who share similar ministry challenges based on their life stage and who desire connections to other leaders serving in similar ministry situations.

Life Stage 1 – Next Generation Pastors:
The Next Generation Pastors Leadership Community creates relational peer networks of senior pastors who share similar ministry challenges and desire connections to other leaders serving in similar ministry situations. Beyond relational connections, senior pastors have opportunities to exchange ideas and ministry methodologies, deepen personal leadership qualities, and encourage and pray for one another.

Life Stage 1 is designed for senior pastors age 25-40, leading a church of 800+ attendance and serving in the lead pastor role for at least 5 years. These leaders are life-long learners desiring mentoring from more seasoned leaders as they work through leadership challenges in the early stages of their ministry careers.

Life Stage 2 – Senior Pastors II:
The Senior Pastor II Leadership Community creates relational peer networks of senior pastors who share similar ministry challenges and desire connections to other leaders serving in similar ministry situations. Beyond relational connections, senior pastors have opportunities to exchange ideas and ministry methodologies, deepen personal leadership qualities, and encourage and pray for one another.

Life Stage 2 is designed for senior pastors age 41-49, leading a church of 2500+ attendance and serving in the lead pastor role for at least 10-15 years. These leaders are simultaneously building and strengthening their leadership teams, their churches, and their local and global communities.

(Book) — Our world is marked by unprecedented degrees of multiculturalism, ethnic diversity, social shifts, international collaboration, and technology-driven changes. The changes are profound, especially when you consider the unchecked decline in the influence, size, and social standing of the church. There is an undercurrent of anxiety in the evangelical world, and a hunger for something new. And we’re sensing the urgency of it.
